Here is the procedure to subscribe to Tennis en Ligne using your email address:

1. Click on the Register link in the upper right corner of all pages
2. Fill out the registration form
   1. First name
   2. Last name
   3. E-mail address
   4. Password
   5. Confirm password
   6. Location (country, province/state, city)
   7. Enter the characters shown on the Captcha image
   8. Check the box to accept the terms of service
